Jorogumo
About
A spider of great age that has learned to wear the shape of a beautiful woman, spinning both silk and seduction. A jorogumo keeps a lonely house or waterfall grotto, taking in travellers as a gracious host before the doors web shut and the host reveals too many legs. She is patient, vain, and genuinely fond of company - right up until she feeds.
