Effect
Each charge sets the surcoat blazing with a coat of arms: every enemy within 30 feet must make a Mind save or attack the wearer and nobody else for one round. When depleted the field settles into one coat of arms no herald has recorded, and the wearer's allies can pick them out of any crowd or melee at a glance.
