Effect
You temporarily reshape the target's flesh and bone, granting them enhanced abilities or healing their wounds. The target gains 2d8 temporary hit points and can choose one of the following benefits: +2 to Strength, +2 to Dexterity, or +2 to Constitution.
Scaling
At 6th level, the temporary hit points increase to 3d8, and the ability bonus increases to +3.
At 9th level, the target can gain two ability bonuses instead of one, and the temporary hit points increase to 4d8.
Special Notes
The transformation is painful and may leave temporary scars or marks.
