Spell Details
Effect
You create a vast zone of divine authority that restricts evil creatures. Evil beings within the area cannot cast spells above 3rd level and cannot summon other creatures. At the start of each of its turns in the area, an evil creature must make a Mind save. On a failure, it suffers a -4 penalty to hit and saves until the start of its next turn and is compelled to use its movement to leave the zone. On a success, it shakes off the penalty and may remain that turn, though it still cannot cast above 3rd level or summon while inside.
Scaling
At 9th level, evil creatures also cannot use supernatural abilities or activate magic items that produce effects above 3rd level.
Special Notes
The interdiction is invisible but can be sensed by any creature with evil intent. The DN determines what constitutes "evil" for this spell. This area effect moves with you as its center.
