Effect
You call down a massive pillar of celestial fire that engulfs a large area. All creatures in the area take 8d6 radiant damage. Undead and fiends take double damage, and if they fail the Quick save they are also repelled for 1 minute. The flames dispel magical darkness in the burst and suppress such effects within 120 feet for 1 minute. Suppressed effects don't end globally; if the caster and effect leave the zone and duration remains, they resume.
Special Notes
Line of effect is required; total cover blocks the effect. The celestial flame burns without heat or smoke and leaves no scorch marks. Repelled creatures must use their movement to move as far away as possible and may attempt a Mind save at the end of each turn to end the effect. The light created is visible for miles.
