Qiongqi
About
Qiongqi is one of the great embodiments of destructive disorder, described as a winged tiger, ox-like beast, or monstrous composite that favors the wicked and punishes the honest. It hears disputes and deliberately strengthens the crueler side, turning moral inversion into a battlefield tactic. Defeating it requires denying the conflict it wants to corrupt.

Special Attack
Reward the Cruel: Qiongqi chooses the creature that dealt the most damage since its last turn. That creature makes a Mind save or immediately attacks the nearest wounded ally. A successful save leaves the creature in control of its actions. Winged Maul: Qiongqi moves up to 50 ft through occupied spaces. Each creature crossed makes a Quick save or takes 3d10 slashing damage and falls down; no creature can be struck twice by this movement. A successful save avoids the damage and fall.
Special Defense
Refuse the Contest: a round in which no creature deals damage prevents Reward the Cruel and removes 2 DR until Qiongqi's next turn.
