About
It is assembled from everyone who starved in one place, and it stands as tall as fifteen men. You will hear it before you see it: a ringing in the ears, close and personal, that does not stop and does not come from any direction. That ringing is the only warning anyone has ever been given. It does not speak, bargain, or appear to notice being hurt. It takes what it catches, bites the head away, and lets the rest drop. It cannot be killed, only outlasted. When the hunger that gathered it is finally answered, it comes apart in the air like a dropped bundle of kindling.

Sweeping Hand: bludgeoning, melee 20 ft, +6 to hit, 3d8+6, the second of its two attacks each round, used to clear everything between it and whatever it has decided to pick up. Famine's Reach: 20-ft radius, save Dex Quick, fail save roll 2d10+6 bludgeoning as it tears a fistful of the ground away and swings it, cooldown 2 rounds.
Special Defense
Mimi-nari: every creature within 300 feet hears the ringing. Save Wis Mind at the start of the encounter or be Weary for its duration. Being deaf does not help. Assembled: reducing it to 0 HP scatters the bones. It reforms at the start of the next round with 50 HP and keeps coming, until the hunger that gathered it is answered. What answers it belongs to this gashadokuro and this place, and the DN should settle that before play. The famine dead put in the ground, food given away rather than eaten, a name it still recognises spoken aloud - these are the usual shapes such answers take, not a list to work through.
