Fear Gorta
About
The Fear Gorta walks famine roads as a thin man asking for food in a voice too weak to carry. He never demands much: one crust, one apple or a mouthful from a full bowl. Those who share find their stores lasting longer than they should. Those who strike him or boast of plenty while refusing discover every meal turning to husks. The hungry grass sometimes grows where he has passed, but he is also the warning that keeps travelers from stepping into it.

Traits
Special Attack
Hunger Laid Bare: one creature within 30 ft makes a Tough save; on a failed save it becomes weary and cannot recover HP from food or rest until it shares a meal with someone in need. Staff: bludgeoning, melee 5 ft, +2 to hit, 1d6+1.
Special Defense
A Crust Freely Given: any honest gift of food ends the encounter and removes Hunger Laid Bare from one creature. The Fear Gorta cannot take food by force and cannot harm someone who has shared their final ration. Fire used to burn food in his presence ignores his DR and causes him to leave in silence.
