Duende
About
Small, broad-hatted, always just leaving the room. A duende starts with the keys, the earring, the letter you had in your hand a moment ago, and it escalates on a schedule of its own choosing. What it wants is not property. It wants a household unsettled enough to be interesting, and a child unattended long enough to be followed. Mothers in the old villages nailed the child's shoe by the door with the toe pointing in, and did not explain why to anyone from outside.

Special Attack
Sleight: 10 ft, save Dex Quick or one carried item - the DN chooses, and chooses the inconvenient one - is simply gone. It reappears somewhere absurd in 1d4 hours. Cooldown 2 rounds. Small Knife: piercing, melee 5 ft, +3 to hit, 1d6+1.
Special Defense
Just Left: it cannot be caught in a room with more than one exit and cannot be held by ordinary means. Bargain: it will trade back everything it has taken for a single item freely given that the giver actually values. It knows the difference and is insulted by an attempt to fob it off.
