Chupacabra
About
Twelve goats in the morning, all dead, none eaten. Three neat punctures in the neck of each and the carcasses light as paper. No tracks worth following, nothing taken, no attempt at the pen door - it went over. Farmers describe something the size of a large dog that stands up when it wants to, with a ridge of spines and eyes that hold the lamplight far too well. It has never yet gone for a person, and every account ends by saying so, and nobody in the district finds that reassuring.

Special Attack
Three Punctures: piercing, melee 5 ft, +4 to hit, 2d6+3, and against livestock or any Animal-intelligence creature it drains instead, killing outright over 1d3 rounds without a mark beyond the punctures.
Special Defense
Takes the Stock, Not the Farmer: it attacks people only when cornered, blocked from leaving, or standing between it and the animals. A party that opens a route and steps back is not engaged. Over the Wall: it clears any fence, pen or wall from standing and cannot be enclosed. Nightbound: it will not act in daylight and beds down somewhere that took three days to find last time.
