Crocodile at the front, lion through the middle, hippopotamus behind - the three deadliest animals in the river country assembled into one office, and the office is narrow. She does not weigh anything. The jackal-headed one sets the heart against the feather and the ibis-headed one writes down what the balance says, and Ammut waits beside the scale for the verdict to be read out. If it balances she does not move. If it does not, she eats the heart, and that person does not continue in any form. She has no discretion and has never wanted any.

Special Attack
The Verdict: the scales produce it, not Ammut. Set beside a balance - or beside anything the DN rules stands in for one - each creature's heart weighs against the feather, and the result is a fact, not a roll. No save alters it. A creature that balances is not her business. A creature that does not is. The Reckoning: 30 ft, against a creature the scales have condemned, save Wis Mind, fail save roll 3d6+3 psychic, cooldown 2 rounds. The save resists the shock of hearing the verdict read. It does not change the verdict, which was never hers to change. Devour the Heart: piercing, melee 10 ft, +5 to hit, 3d6+3. Rending Claws: slashing, melee 10 ft, +5 to hit, 2d8+4, her second attack each round.
Special Defense
Enforces, Does Not Judge: she will not attack a creature the scales have cleared, under any provocation, including being attacked by it - she steps around it and returns to her post. She cannot be argued into a different verdict because she did not reach the one she has. What Is Eaten Is Gone: a creature she kills cannot be raised, resurrected, spoken with or reached in any afterlife. It has been eaten. This is the entire point of her, and killing her does not undo it.
