Almiraj
About
A yellow hare the size of a housecat with one straight black horn rising from its brow. It is the horn that matters. The almiraj drives beasts many times its size off their kills and out of their dens, and it does not do this by intimidation - it does it by going through them. Horses will not stand where one has been. Hunting dogs that catch the scent lie down and will not be moved.

Special Attack
Gore: piercing, melee 5 ft, +3 to hit, 1d6+2. The horn ignores DR entirely; it finds the seam in scale, plate and hide alike and always has.
Special Defense
Beasts Give Way: any creature of Animal intelligence within 30 ft will not willingly approach the almiraj. Mounts refuse, war dogs cower, and pack animals bolt. A rider must win a Chance Roll to keep a mount in the fight at all.
