Akaname
About
An akaname enters neglected bathhouses after midnight and licks the grime from floors, tubs and drains with a tongue longer than its body. It is less interested in people than in the filth they leave, but anyone sleeping nearby may wake to the tongue testing whether sweat counts as part of the meal. A clean room leaves it hungry and embarrassed. A filthy room gives it concealment, scent and enough slime to climb any surface.

Traits
Special Attack
Grime Tongue: acid, melee 10 ft, +2 to hit, 1d6+1, and the target makes a Tough save or becomes weary. Filth Slick: one creature within 20 ft makes a Quick save or falls down and slides 10 ft toward the nearest drain.
Special Defense
Cleanliness Banishes It: each creature that spends a turn washing, scraping or flooding the room removes 1 DR from the akaname for the encounter. At DR 0 it cannot use Filth Slick. A completely cleaned chamber forces it to leave by the nearest drain without further attack.
