Effect
Each charge returns every unliving thing within 20 feet to the place and condition it held one hour ago. Fallen rock rises back into the ceiling, a burnt door is whole and shut, a cut rope is joined, a flooded passage is dry. Takes six seconds. Creatures and everything they are carrying are untouched and are set down in the nearest clear space. Will not restore anything that was already destroyed an hour ago, and will not raise the dead.
