Effect
Only wizards and clerics may read it. One magical effect the reader can see is ended permanently, whatever its power and whoever laid it: a curse, a seal, a geas, a transformation, a binding, a summoning, a standing ward, a raised wall of force. The effect must be in sight and must have been made within the last thirty days. If the one who made it still lives and stands within a mile, they may hold their work together with a Mind save, and the effect is only suppressed for a day and a night. Otherwise it ends outright, cannot be dispelled back into being, and the one who made it can never place that same effect on that same target again.
