Effect
Only wizards and clerics may read it. The reader speaks a message of up to 50 words and names one person they have met. The scroll folds itself into a bird and flies to that person at 20 miles per hour for up to 100 miles, speaks the message in the reader's voice, carries a reply of up to 20 words back, and then unfolds into blank paper.
