Effect
Only wizards and clerics may command it. The bearer spends a charge on their own turn, setting the fluted end against a ruin: one ruined structure of up to 60 feet - a stair, bridge, floor, gate, or span - stands again as it did when it was whole and holds that way for one hour, whether or not anyone is standing on it.
About
This pitted iron rod ends in a fluted head packed with dust that never quite falls free. It carries the smell of rain-soaked mortar into every room, and when pressed to broken stone a low grinding vibration travels up the bearer's arm before the ruin remembers its former shape.
