While the wearer stands in a doorway, stair, breach, or gap no wider than ten feet, everyone behind them counts as being in full cover, the wearer cannot be forced out of that ground by any means, and nothing that ought to have flattened them - a ram, a cavalry charge, a collapse, a creature of giant size - moves them or puts them down.
