Effect
You encase the target in a sphere of absolute zero temperature that completely freezes them in time. The target must succeed on a Tough save or be frozen solid and unable to take any actions and take damage: the cell is nearly indestructible and deals 3d8 cold damage per round.
Scaling
At 9th level, the damage increases to 4d8 cold damage per round.
Special Notes
The target may attempt a Tough save on their turn to end the effect.
