Wolverine
About
Low to the ground and heavy for its size, a wolverine shows little interest in judging the size of an opponent. It defends a carcass, den or stolen cache with sudden violence, clamping on and twisting while its claws search for purchase. Tracks lead straight through snow, brush and shallow water because the animal crosses obstacles directly instead of circling them.

Traits
Special Attack
Cling and Tear: slashing, melee 5 ft, +3 to hit, 1d8+1. The target makes a Quick save; on a failed save, the wolverine clings to it. The target suffers 1d4 damage at the start of each turn until it or an ally uses a turn and succeeds on a Tough save to pull the animal free.
Special Defense
Refuses Pain: while defending food or a den, the wolverine gains +2 Mind and will not retreat because of injury alone. Thick smoke or removing the contested food beyond its sight forces a new Mind save and may end the fight.
