Tikbalang
About
Horse's head, enormously long limbs, and it squats in a bamboo stand with its knees higher than its skull. It leads travellers in circles for the pleasure of it, and it rains while the sun shines when two of them marry. There is a way to beat it and everyone in the province knows what it is: three golden hairs at the nape of its neck. Take one and hold onto it and the tikbalang is yours, obedient and enormously useful and extremely unhappy.

Traits
Special Attack
Turn the Path: 60 ft, save Wis Mind, fail save roll 1d6+2 psychic and the target's route loops back on itself, cooldown 2 rounds. Wearing clothes inside out defeats this, as does asking its permission aloud to pass. Long Kick: bludgeoning, melee 15 ft, +3 to hit, 2d6+2, with reach nobody expects.
Special Defense
The Golden Hairs: three at the nape. A creature that grapples it and succeeds at a Chance Roll plucks one, and while that hair is held the tikbalang must obey the holder. Lose the hair and the service ends immediately and the grudge does not. Bamboo-Quick: in bamboo, tall grass or dense cane it cannot be caught, cornered or outrun.
