Ophiotaurus
About
The Ophiotaurus has the black forebody of a bull joined to the tail of a great serpent. It rises from primordial waters without understanding that prophecy has made its organs more valuable than its life. Powers greater than mortals seek to sacrifice it because burning the entrails is said to grant the strength to overthrow divine rule. Protecting the creature may be more important than defeating it.
