Nain Rouge
About
The Nain Rouge is a red-faced little figure seen before fires, riots, wrecks, and civic disasters. It wears boots and dark clothes, has burning eyes and rotten teeth, and responds to pursuit with mocking laughter. Whether it causes calamity or merely arrives early enough to enjoy it is never clear, but attacking it usually turns warning into participation.

Special Attack
Disaster's Laugh: every creature within 30 ft makes a Mind save. A failure gives -2 to the creature's next Quick save as attention fixes on the laughing figure instead of the surrounding danger.
Special Defense
Heed the Omen: anyone who spends a round warning others or reducing an immediate hazard becomes immune to Disaster's Laugh. The Nain Rouge cannot remain after the foretold danger has been safely resolved.
