Kuda-gitsune
About
A kuda-gitsune is a fox spirit small enough to live inside a bamboo pipe or sleeve. A household that keeps one gains whispers about hidden money, private conversations and approaching visitors; a household that keeps many becomes wealthy, suspicious and unable to tell its own secrets from planted ones. The pipe fox follows exact instructions and exploits every omission. Releasing it requires more than opening the container, because it has learned that information is a better cage than bamboo.

Special Attack
Whispered Suspicion: one creature within 30 ft makes a Mind save; on a failed save it cannot willingly accept aid from another creature until the end of its next turn. Needle Bite: piercing, melee 5 ft, +3 to hit, 1d4+2.
Special Defense
The Open Pipe: placing its bamboo container on the ground with both ends open prevents Whispered Suspicion. A command spoken into the pipe must be followed literally if the spirit can complete it in one turn. A creature that reveals one valuable secret freely may ask it one question, which it answers truthfully but without context.
