Jenny Greenteeth
About
Duckweed gathers where Jenny Greenteeth waits, and the pond looks shallow because she wants it to. Children hear a grandmotherly voice offering help across the water; adults hear someone they once trusted. Beneath the weed is a long-armed river hag with green teeth, weed-hair and a grip built to pull victims beneath the water. Villages that know her keep the banks cut clean, because open water gives her nowhere to pretend the ground continues.

Traits
Special Attack
Drowning Grasp: bludgeoning, melee 10 ft, +3 to hit, 1d8+2, and the target is held. At the beginning of Jenny's next turn, a held creature is pulled into deep water and begins suffocating. Familiar Voice: one creature within 30 ft makes a Mind save; on a failed save it moves to the water's edge on its next turn.
Special Defense
Cut the Weed: clearing the plants from a 20 ft stretch exposes the true bank and prevents Familiar Voice there. Jenny has DR 2 while submerged and DR 0 on dry land. She releases a held creature immediately if shown the iron teeth of a rake or harrow and driven farther than 10 ft from the water.
