Hantu Denai
About
The spirit of the game trail, and it takes the path very seriously. Walk the trail and you will never know it was there. Cut across, take a shortcut through the undergrowth, or blaze your own line through the trees, and something enormous begins moving parallel to you, always at the edge of hearing, closing slowly. Old hunters say the rule out loud when they enter the forest, for the benefit of anyone new.

Traits
Special Attack
Trample: bludgeoning, melee 10 ft, +3 to hit, 2d6+2, used only against a creature that has left the path. Closing: it moves toward off-path creatures on every turn and ignores all others, even those attacking it.
Special Defense
Path-Bound: it will not attack, and cannot be provoked into attacking, any creature standing on an established trail. Stepping back onto the path ends its interest immediately, mid-fight, even at 1 HP. Between the Trees: outside the trail it is never surprised and cannot be tracked.
