Geist
About
It is cold in one room of the house and the cold does not move. A geist is a death that did not finish - the last few minutes of somebody, repeating, in the place they happened. It will re-enact them nightly whether or not anyone is watching, and it becomes dangerous only when interrupted partway through, which visitors do constantly because they do not know what they are looking at.

Special Attack
Cold Through: necrotic, melee 5 ft, +4 to hit, 2d6+3, and the cold is felt an hour later rather than at the time. The Last Minutes: 30 ft, save Wis Mind, fail save roll 2d6+2 psychic as the target experiences the death from the inside, cooldown 3 rounds. It uses this only on creatures that have interrupted the re-enactment.
Special Defense
Bound to the Place: it cannot leave the room, stair or stretch of road where it died, and it takes half damage while inside it. Let It Finish: any creature that stands still and lets the re-enactment run to its end is not attacked at all that night. The whole thing takes about four minutes and feels considerably longer.
