A Futakuchi-onna appears human until her hair parts to reveal a second mouth at the back of the skull. The hidden mouth speaks private hungers, stretches the hair like grasping limbs, and consumes everything denied by the visible face. It may arise from starvation, cruelty, or concealed appetite. The two mouths do not always want the same future.
