Bluecap
About
A bluecap is a small mine spirit whose cap burns with a cold blue flame that consumes no oil. It pushes full wagons, points out weak rock and expects the same wages as a miner, left in the same place on the same day. Underpayment is returned untouched. Overpayment is returned too. Refusal to pay earns no attack, only the disappearance of warnings, and the mine usually explains the difference before the week is over.

Special Attack
Cold-Flame Pick: cold and piercing, melee 5 ft, +3 to hit, 1d6+2. Wagon Rush: creatures in a 20 ft line make a Quick save; those that fail take 1d8 bludgeoning damage and are pushed 10 ft by a racing ore cart.
Special Defense
Exact Wages: placing the agreed wage on bare stone ends its hostility and restores any warning it withheld. The blue flame cannot be extinguished, but covering the cap prevents Wagon Rush and reduces its AC by 2. It cannot knowingly collapse a working mine while miners remain below.
