1d2 charges
Effect
Only wizards and clerics may unlock its magic. Each charge is spent by striking the ferrule once on the ground, and undoes the last sixty seconds within 60 feet. Creatures return to where they stood with the hit points, conditions, spells, and charges they held a minute ago, anything broken in that minute is whole, and any creature that died in that minute is alive at 1 hit point. Only the bearer remembers the minute that was undone; everyone else simply stands there a minute earlier and will do the same things again unless the bearer changes them. The staff's own spent charges do not come back. The sixty rings smooth away one at a time, and when the last goes the bearer's memory is perfect and unalterable for the rest of their life.
About
Dark wood with a plain iron ferrule and sixty fine rings cut around it at even spacing, none of them deep.
