Effect
Can change the properties of one non-living object within 30 feet (no larger than a door), or alter one trivial event from the last 1 minute. A trivial event is one that dealt no damage and decided no roll. The staff cannot create or increase value (gold, gems, precious materials), cannot affect living beings, and cannot affect anything worn or carried by a living being. Changes are permanent. The DN is the final judge of what reality permits.
