Effect
Only wizards and clerics may read it. Read aloud at dusk, it gives every creature that sleeps within 100 feet that night one dream held in common, in which all of them speak and are understood across any language, plan together, and act for as long as they sleep. The unconscious, the drugged, the comatose, the fevered, and the dying all attend and can answer. A sleeper who would rather not attend stays out of it with a Mind save and sleeps ordinarily. Every one who attends remembers all of it on waking. Creatures that do not sleep cannot be reached, and the dream ends the moment the last sleeper wakes.
