Effect
The Chance Roll bonus is greedy and suppresses every other magical bonus to Chance Rolls the bearer carries. Each charge lets the bearer recall one hour they lived through, complete and in order, including everything they saw without noticing. The tallies run all the way to the edge when depleted, and the icon still holds the last hour recalled, which any hand that touches it lives through once.
