Effect
Smeared onto any single surviving fragment, it reassembles the whole object that fragment came from, in the condition it held immediately before it broke. Every other piece within a mile is drawn back into place at speed, and pieces that no longer exist anywhere are made again from nothing. One object, up to 10 feet in any dimension, whole at some point within the last hundred years. Does not restore flesh, does not restore spent charges, and does not undo a thing that was made in pieces.
