Effect
Each charge brings one minute of true daybreak to a 100-foot radius. Every effect that ends, weakens, or destroys its subject at sunrise resolves as though the sun had risen, and creatures that must sleep or hide by day must do so. When depleted the circlet still warms a few minutes before every sunrise, wherever it is kept.
