Effect
The flame runs onto every weapon and shield carried within 20 feet of the wearer and sheds light to 15 feet. Lightning, lightning spells, and every electrical effect that would strike the wearer earth themselves through the icon into the ground and deal the wearer no damage at all; allies within 20 feet take half. The flame stands on the wearer's fingers and on any metal they hold, and no water or wind puts it out.
