Effect
Anointing two flat surfaces makes them a single surface for thirty days: anything written, drawn, stamped, or pressed onto one appears on the other in the same instant, at any distance on the same plane, through any wall, vault, or ward. Each surface may be up to two feet square, and either may be a page, a door, a floor, or a stretch of skin, though living skin takes the oil only with its owner's consent. Burning or destroying one leaves the other blank and ordinary from that moment.
