    You transform the target into any creature or form you choose. The transformation is complete and lasts until spell ends. The target gains all the abilities and statistics of the new form while retaining their consciousness and memories.

    At Higher Levels

    At 9th level, you can transform the target into multiple different forms during the spell's duration.

    Special

    The target may attempt a Tough save to resist the transformation. The transformation ends if the target is reduced to 0 hit points.
