    You unleash a massive burst of pure energy that manifests as every color of the spectrum. Each creature in the radius takes 8d8 force damage and must succeed on a Quick save or be blinded for 1 round. The burst creates a spectacular display of rainbow energy.

    At Higher Levels

    At 9th level, the damage increases to 8d8 force damage, and blinded creatures remain blinded for 1 minute.

    Special

    The spell can affect creatures on other realms of existence. The burst leaves behind lingering magical energy.
