    At 9th level, you can affect up to 500-foot cube and create more dramatic temporal changes.

    The DN decides the nature and permanence of the changes created. This spell can have far-reaching consequences beyond the immediate area. The DN may require a rare focus, omen, or downtime ritual for effects of this scope.
