    You establish a powerful mental link with a non-sapient creature (animal), allowing you to control its actions and communicate with it telepathically. The target must succeed on a Mind save or fall under your control. While controlled, the creature follows your mental commands and can communicate simple concepts back to you. If scared, startled or freighted, it breaks the sustained concentration needed and dispels the magic.

    At Higher Levels

    At 6th level, you can control up to two creatures simultaneously. At 9th level, they can communicate complex thoughts and memories.

    Special

    The spell ends if you lose focus or if the target takes damage, you take damage, or it is freighted or startled.
