    The snow woman appears on roads that should be impassable, beautiful and untouched by the storm. She offers shelter, asks for a promise and freezes those who answer with cruelty or betray what they swore.

    Special Attack

    Winter Breath: cold, 60 ft cone, Tough save; a failed save deals 4d8 cold damage and restrains the creature in ice, while a successful save deals half damage. White Hand: cold, melee 5 ft, +6 to hit, 4d8+5.

    Special Defense

    Promise in the Snow: a creature may swear aloud to protect another traveler. While honoring that promise, it is immune to Winter Breath. Open flame within 10 ft removes Yuki-onna's DR, but extinguishing a shelter fire to harm her causes the storm to intensify and makes every exposed creature weary.
