An Ushi-oni combines the horned head of an ox with the body of a spider, sea creature, or hulking monstrous beast depending on the coast that remembers it. It lurks near beaches, waterfalls, and mountain approaches, using raw strength and poison to pull victims from secure ground. Some work with alluring spirits that draw prey within reach.
Special Attack
Horn and Haul: piercing, melee 15 ft, +5 to hit, 3d8+4. A Large or smaller target makes a Tough save or is pulled 15 ft and falls down.
Special Defense
Weight Against It: while holding a creature, the Ushi-oni loses 2 AC. A rope anchored by three characters prevents forced movement and gives the victim another save.
