    Magic Resistance
Water or weather magic worked in his sight is contested: the caster saves Wis Mind or the spell fails outright and he takes the attempt as a discourtesy, which he will mention.
    Saves
    Quick 2 / Tough 3 / Mind 2

Man to the waist and fish below, green-bearded, shell-crusted, carrying a twisted conch that he uses the way a harbourmaster uses a whistle. Blown one way it flattens the sea for a mile and every ship in earshot comes home. Blown the other it raises a swell that takes the harbour wall. He is not malicious and is entirely aware of how much leverage that gives him, and he expects to be consulted about things happening in his water.

    Special Attack

Sound the Conch: 200 ft, save Dex Quick, fail save roll 3d6+5 bludgeoning as the sea heaves; small craft are swamped and creatures aboard go over the side. Sounding the conch replaces both of his attacks that round. Cooldown 2 rounds. Trident: piercing, melee 15 ft, +6 to hit, 2d10+5, twice each round on any round the conch is not sounded, and he fights from the water and does not come out of it.

    Special Defense

Calms As Easily: as an action he flattens the water within 200 ft, ending storm, swell and wave effects of any origin including magical ones. He will do this for a vessel that has dealt with him properly and pointedly not for one that has not. Of the Water: he cannot be drowned, held under or outswum, and he does not leave the water for anything. Reduced to 0 HP he goes under and is not seen for a season, and the sea in that stretch behaves worse the whole time he is away.
