Tenome

An old blind man, hands out in front of him, feeling his way along - and there are eyes in the palms. It cannot see anything at all while its hands are down or closed, and so it walks with them raised and open, sweeping the dark ahead of it. Everything about how it hunts follows from that. It must reach toward what it wants to look at, and it is looking for one particular person, and it has been at this for a long time.

Palm Gaze: 30 ft, requires an open raised hand. Save Wis Mind, fail save roll 1d6+2 psychic as it looks at a creature properly for the first time, cooldown 2 rounds. Groping Hands: bludgeoning, melee 10 ft, +2 to hit, 1d6+2.

Sees Only Through the Palms: it is blind while its hands are lowered, closed, bound or injured. A creature that grapples, pins or maims one hand leaves the tenome attacking at Disadvantage and reduces Palm Gaze to 10 ft. Pinning or ruining both blinds it entirely: it cannot use Palm Gaze at all and attacks only by touch, into the square it last felt something in. Marked: it is hunting one specific person for one specific killing and knows their face by touch. Everyone else present is an obstacle it would honestly rather step around.
