    A Saci is a one-legged forest trickster in a red cap who travels inside sudden dust devils. It tangles animals, spoils careful plans, steals small necessities, and then offers clues to their recovery. The Saci values wit and audacity; a traveler who treats every inconvenience as an insult becomes its favorite entertainment for the rest of the journey.

    Special Attack

    Dust-Devil Leap: the Saci moves up to 40 ft without being stopped and makes a 1d8+3 strike. Creatures adjacent to where it began make a Quick save or fall down.

    Special Defense

    Bottle the Whirlwind: throwing a stoppered bottle into its dust devil allows a Dexterity Chance Roll to trap the Saci. Taking or covering its red cap prevents Dust-Devil Leap.
