Pricolici

A Pricolici is a restless dead person returning in the shape of a huge wolf or wolf-like human. Old grudges, violent character, and improper burial hold the soul close to its own bones. It stalks relatives and enemies along familiar roads, demonstrating knowledge no animal should possess. Finding the grave and correcting what was done there is safer than killing the body each night.

Grave-Wolf Bite: piercing, melee 5 ft, +4 to hit, 3d6+4. A wounded target makes a Mind save or hears the dead person's voice and becomes frightened for 1 round.

Bones Know the Way Home: reduced to 0 HP away from its grave, the Pricolici reforms there at the next sunset with half HP. Proper burial prevents this return.
