A polong is kept. Somebody bled into a bottle, waited the required number of days, and now owns something the size of a fingernail that does exactly what it is told. It flies to whoever the owner names, gets inside, and the victim tears at themselves and speaks in a voice that is not theirs. Fighting the polong is close to pointless. It is a weapon. Somebody is holding it, and that somebody is within a few hours' walk.
Special Attack
Enter: melee 5 ft, no attack roll, usable once per target. Save Con Tough, fail save roll 1d6+1 psychic and the target attacks the nearest creature on its next turn. Cooldown 2 rounds. Tear: slashing, melee 5 ft, +2 to hit, 1d6+1, dealt to the host's own body with the host's own hands.
Special Defense
Held on a Leash: it cannot be killed while its owner lives and its bottle is intact. Reduced to 0 HP it reforms in the bottle at dusk. Break the Bottle: destroying the vessel destroys it outright, wherever it is. Confessed: an owner who names the polong and renounces it aloud releases it, and it goes for the owner first.
