Blight follows her the way dust follows a cart - the fruit goes over, the well tastes of iron, the milk will not keep. She is beautiful about it and entirely aware of the effect she has, and she stays where she is admired for as long as she is admired, which is long enough to ruin a district.

Blight: 30 ft, save Con Tough, fail save roll 2d6+3 poison and the target is Weary until it rests, cooldown 2 rounds. Crops, stored food and open water in the area are spoiled outright, no save. Caress: necrotic, melee 5 ft, +4 to hit, 2d6+3.

Stays While Wanted: she does not attack any creature that is genuinely pleased to have her there, and she can tell the difference between that and flattery instantly. Sent Away: any creature that tells her plainly and sincerely to leave makes a save Wis Mind. On a success she goes, at once, and takes the blight with her. On a failure the words come out as flattery in the speaker's own mouth and she stays. Almost nobody manages to mean it the first time.
