Namazu is an immense catfish beneath the earth whose movement becomes earthquake. A restraining stone or divine guardian normally keeps the creature still, but neglect, distraction, or deliberate sabotage allows the tail to thrash. Responsibility for the ruin lies with failed restraint, ignored warnings, and builders who treated living ground as inert stone.
Special Attack
Earth-Thrashing Tail: every creature within 120 ft makes a Quick save. A failure takes 5d10 bludgeoning damage, falls down, and drops one held object.
